Terms of Service

By using CheckMyProfit (the "Service") at checkmyprofit.xyz, you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by a private individual (jurisdiction: Czech Republic / EU). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

CheckMyProfit is a journaling and analytics tool for crypto trading. The Service is not an exchange, broker, or financial intermediary, does not manage your funds, and does not execute trades. It only collects and displays your trade history and statistics.

2. Access and account

You must be at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for keeping your password and account access secure.
Provide a valid email — it is required for sign-in and account recovery.

3. Exchange API keys

Connect read-only keys only (no withdrawal or trading permissions). You are responsible for the security and configuration of your keys on the exchange side. We store keys encrypted and use them solely to fetch your trade history — never for trading or withdrawals.

4. Acceptable use

You must not break the law, attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the Service, or access other users' accounts or data.

5. Disclaimer — not financial advice

The Service provides information and analytics for informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and not a solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

Trading crypto and derivatives carries high risk — you can lose all of your invested capital. All trading decisions are made by you and at your own risk.

Data is synced from exchanges and may contain inaccuracies or delays. Always verify against your exchange's official data; do not rely on the Service's figures for tax or other official reporting without verification.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted operation, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, data inaccuracies or delays, downtime, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Exchange trademarks

We are not affiliated with the exchanges (Binance, Bybit, MEXC, Gate.io, Bitget, etc.). Their names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to indicate compatibility.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time on the Account page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the EU.
