FAQ

A crypto trading journal. You connect exchanges via read-only API, and the app collects your full trade history, computes stats, and draws charts — so you can see what makes money and what drains your account.

1) On the exchange, create a read-only API key (no withdrawal). 2) In the app: API Keys → pick the exchange → paste the key → Connect. History loads automatically in a couple of minutes. No exchange account? Try demo mode or CSV import.

Connect read-only keys only — withdrawing or transferring funds with them is technically impossible. Keys are stored encrypted (AES-256); we never trade or withdraw. See the Privacy Policy.

We use realized PnL of closed trades straight from the exchange — it matches what the exchange shows. Unrealized PnL of open positions is not included in total PnL (it's shown separately).

"Total PnL" is the sum of trade profit/loss before fees (gross). Your real account change = PnL minus fees. Fees are shown per trade, and a Gross / Fees / Net breakdown per exchange is on the Account page.

It means the exchange didn't return details for that trade (happens with delisted/special contracts or when order history isn't available). The PnL is still correct — only the entry/exit price is missing. "Full resync" can sometimes recover prices.

Your futures account balance (USDT) per connected exchange, plus a total. Updates on load and sync.

PnL comes from Realized PnL — exactly like the exchange. Entry/exit prices are reconstructed from trade history; rare delisted contracts may lack them. Requests are throttled to avoid rate-limit bans. Some accounts have Binance region restrictions (their side). Key rights: Enable Reading + Futures.

Important: the key must have no IP restriction, account type Unified, rights Read + Positions — otherwise the exchange rejects it. History goes back about a year.

Futures. Provides entry/exit/leverage and PnL. Rights: Read + Futures (Contract).

USDT futures. Provides entry/exit/leverage. Rights: Read-Only + Futures.

Requires a passphrase (the third field, which you set when creating the key). Rights: Read-Only + Position.

Perpetual futures. Rights: Read + Perpetual Futures, no passphrase. Recently added — if you spot anything off in the data, let us know.

Perps DEX, on-chain. Connect by wallet address (0x…) — no API key or secret, read-only public on-chain data. Symbol = coin (BTC, ETH…) without USDT. Funding is not part of the trade PnL here — the exchange reports it separately.

USDT perpetuals. Requires a passphrase (you set it when creating the key). Rights: Read only. OKX serves roughly 3 months of trade history — it does not give more. PnL arrives already net: fees and funding are inside.

Open positions — every few seconds (live PnL). Bybit, OKX, Bitget and Hyperliquid have a live channel: there changes arrive instantly. Closed trades — in the background every 90 seconds while the site is open, plus manually via "Refresh".

Pulls only new trades since last time (that's why it's fast). Can be used at most once every 30 seconds.

A button on the Account page. Rebuilds all history from scratch — useful once, e.g. if older trades didn't get entry prices. Slower than a normal refresh.

Tag trades with entry and exit reasons (click the "Tag" cell in the dashboard table). Then in Analytics you'll see which setup makes the most money and which loses.

Journal — a candlestick entry/exit chart per trade (zoom and switch timeframes), notes, screenshots. Analytics — a widget builder: win rate, profit factor, breakdowns by tag/symbol/day; with ready-made presets.

Calendar: day color = profit/loss; click a day to filter its trades. Privacy (sidebar): blurs all amounts — handy for streams/screenshots. Demo mode: 450 trades across 5 exchanges to explore every feature without connecting a key.

Import a CSV of your trade history (bottom of the API Keys page) — columns are detected automatically.
