Gate.io trading journal

CheckMyProfit loads your Gate.io USDT futures position history through a read-only API key and builds a trading journal from it: entry, exit, size and net result of every position, with charts and analytics.

What CheckMyProfit imports from Gate.io

  • Closed positions with entry, exit, size and net result — up to 2,000 of the most recent.
  • Net PnL: the PnL of a closed position on Gate.io already includes fees and funding.
  • Sizes in coins: Gate.io counts positions in contracts, and CheckMyProfit converts them using the contract multiplier.
  • Open positions update live — price and unrealized PnL change instantly.

Good to know

  • Gate.io does not return leverage for closed positions, so the leverage column shows “—”.
  • The first load takes up to 2,000 of the most recent closed positions.
  • USDT-settled futures are imported; spot and BTC-settled futures are not.

Questions about Gate.io

Why is there no leverage on my Gate.io trades?

Gate.io’s position history does not include leverage. Entry, exit, size and PnL are exact.

Are fees and funding included?

Yes — the PnL of a closed position on Gate.io is already net of fees and funding.

Why is the size shown in coins?

Gate.io counts positions in contracts. CheckMyProfit converts them to coins, so sizes are comparable across exchanges.

Is it safe?

The key needs no withdrawal permission, so funds cannot be withdrawn with it. Keys are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), and CheckMyProfit never places orders.
